The Client is expected to sign these conditions prior to the event.

1. The Client shall pay fifty percent of the agreed fee at the event. The remainder of the fee will be charged upon delivery of the order (event CD). If the Client refuses delivery of the order or refuses to pay within thirty days of the order, Client shall pay twenty percent interest on the unpaid balance until payment is made in full.

2. Copyright and Reproductions. The Photographer shall own the copyright in all images created and shall have the exclusive right to make reproductions. The Photographer shall only make reproductions for the Client or for the Photographer's portfolio, samples, self-promotions, entry in photographic contests or art exhibitions, editorial use, or for display within or on the outside of the Photographer’s studio. If the Photographer desires to make other uses, the Photographer shall not do so without first obtaining the written permission of the Client.

3. Client's Usage. The Client is obtaining images for personal or non-profit use only, and shall not sell said images or authorize any reproductions thereof by parties other than the Photographer. If the images are reproduced in non-personal use, Client shall request that a credit for the Photographer be placed adjacent to the photograph, but shall have no liability if the publication refuses or omits to do so. If the Client wishes to reproduce any of the images for non-personal and for-profit (not non-profit) use, the Client shall not do so until obtaining a signed license from Photographer.

4. Alteration. Client shall not make or permit any alterations (digital or otherwise), whether by adding or removing material from the Work, without the permission of the Photographer. Alterations shall be deemed to include the addition of any illustrations, photographs, sound, text, or computerized effects, unless the Photographer specifies to the contrary.
